Rodney worked closely with business and played an integral role in preparing the Business Requirements Specification that detailed the solution to be delivered.

He then worked with the technical team, validating the user stories to ensure the technology delivered against the spec.

A proof of concept and project prototype was delivered and 400 customers were retained as a result.
